浙江省无锡市公安局在组织开展破案打击的同时,针对犯罪手段特点,积极采取技术反制措施,在全国率先研发推出了防诈骗智能拦截平台。2013年以来,该工作室共提醒被骗群众1万余次,民警上门成功劝阻1354次,为群众避免经济损失近5000万元。仅2015年,就成功防范电信诈骗案件400余起,避免群众经济损失1500余万元。
