重庆市日前正式下发《重庆市全面推行河长制工作方案》(以下简称《方案》)。重庆将提前一年半,于今年6月底前,将各级河长制全面落实到位。《方案》提出,重庆将按流域与区域结合的模式,全面建立市、区县、乡镇(街道)、村(社区)四级河长体系。重庆市政府市长张国清担任总河长,为重庆市河长制第一责任人。重庆市政府副市长刘强和陈 Recently, Chongqing Municipality formally issued the Work Plan for Long-term River Development in Chongqing (hereinafter referred to as the Plan). Chongqing will be one and a half ahead of schedule by the end of June this year, and will implement all levels of river system in an all-round way. According to the plan, Chongqing will fully establish a four-level long river system of cities, counties, towns (streets) and villages (communities) according to a combination of watersheds and regions.
