采用美国德尔斯特 (DELST)公司生产的敌霉素 - 7(DMX - 7)防霉保鲜剂 ,对高水分玉米进行了室内防霉效果试验。结果表明使用 0 .1% ,0 .2 % ,0 .3%的剂量 ,能分别使 16 .2 %水分的玉米安全储藏 2 3d ,2 5d和 5 0d以上 ;0 .3% ,0 .4%的剂量能分别使 17%水分的玉米安全储藏 2 8d和 30d。敌霉素 - 7是高水分玉米应急储藏较为理想的防霉保鲜剂
The anti mildew test of high moisture maize was carried out by the antimicrobial preservative DMX - 7 of DELST.
