我国中沙、南沙群岛礁盘众多，海域广阔，渔业资源丰富，是刺网和钓钩深水捕捞作业的理想渔场。近三年来，海南省琼海市渔民应用定置刺网渔具探捕了中沙、南沙群岛礁盘60－140米深中下层水域鱼类资源状况，获取第一手资料。经初步整理分析结果，本文报告此水域中下层鱼类种类组 China Zhongsha and Nansha Islands have many reefs, vast seas and abundant fishery resources, making them an ideal fishery for deep-sea fishing of gillnets and hooks.
