随着互联网技术的发展,全球网民数量激增,移动互联网、物联网、数字办公等迅猛发展,使得数据呈指数增长。大数据时代,用户对信息的需求增加,但信息选择却成为目前的难题。以高校图书馆为例,如何为用户提供有效的信息筛选,促使个性化服务的产生是目前面临的重点。高校图书馆馆藏资源丰富,除有传统的纸质文献资源外,还拥有大量的数字资源。一直以来,图书馆都只注重文献的搜集、利用,却忽视了对数据的整理和挖掘。数字资源除了电子文献和数据库,在使用中也跟踪记录了大量的用户信息和服务信息等。如果对这些信息进行分析、归类,根据用户的需求做出分类向导,为用户提供高精准度的信息。因此,当前高校图书馆应该抓住机遇,探索大数据在高校图书馆中的开发、应用,重视用户的行为数据,发掘潜在价值,为用户提供个性化的服务。
With the development of Internet technology, the number of global netizens surged sharply, and the rapid development of mobile Internet, Internet of things and digital office led to an exponential growth of data. In the era of big data, users’ demand for information has increased, but information selection has become the current problem. Taking the university library as an example, how to provide users with effective information screening and promote the generation of personalized service is the key point facing them. University library collections are rich in resources, in addition to the traditional paper document resources, but also has a large number of digital resources. All along, libraries have focused only on the collection of documents, use, but ignored the data collation and mining. Digital resources in addition to electronic documents and databases, also tracked in the use of a large number of user information and service information. If these information analysis, classification, according to the needs of users to make classification guide, to provide users with high-precision information. Therefore, the current university library should seize the opportunity to explore the development of big data in university libraries, applications, pay attention to the user behavior data, explore the potential value, to provide users with personalized service.
