水火管快装锅炉是我国独创的新炉型,在全国范围内制造和使用这类产品较为广泛。本文以4吨/时水火管快装锅炉为对象,首先阐述当前进行该产品完善化的重要意义,进而详细介绍大量完善化工作的内容,以及经完善化后在锅炉的安全、经济运行所取得的效果。它不仅对锅炉制造厂替代目前正在批量生产的水火管快装锅炉具有较普遍的推广价值,而且对大量正在运行的水火管快装锅炉的改造,同样具有重要的指导作用。
