利用蒙特卡罗方法,模拟能量为140KeV的γ射线在NaI(Tl)晶体中的闪烁过程及不同厚度不同包装下闪烁光的空间分布,得出点光源模型对于晶体出光平面上闪烁光强分布是适用的结果.模拟表明,NaI(Tl)与包装之间的界面粗糙时比光滑时空间分辨更好;闪烁中心离出光面越近位置分布越窄,且晶体厚度11mm时光产额最大.
Using the Monte Carlo method, we simulated the scintillation of γ-ray with energy of 140 KeV in NaI (Tl) crystal and the spatial distribution of scintillation light with different thickness and package. The result shows that the intensity distribution of scintillation light in crystal plane is The simulation results show that the interface between NaI (Tl) and packaging is better than the smooth space and time resolution, and the narrower the distribution of the center of scintillation is, the maximum light yield is at the crystal thickness of 11mm.
