在当前我国持续鼓励、支持和引导私有资本发展非营利性医疗卫生事业的同时,对公立医院形成了良性的竞争。公立医院作为社会医疗事业主体地位,改革迫在眉睫。如何在保证公益性的同时提供更好的服务成为值得深思的话题。那么现在我们就从医院固定资产的配置入手,提供一步切实可行的提高医疗效益计划。本文通过医院与其他行业固定资产管理模式和方法的对比,对存在的不足进行改善。避免资产和财务资金的流失,提高医疗效益,促进医院健康发展。
