目的初步探讨红毛七的乙醇、氯仿和正丁醇提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用,以了解红毛七产生镇痛抗炎作用的有效成分。方法取红毛七的乙醇、氯仿和正丁醇提取物,应用大鼠足跖肿胀法、小鼠耳廓肿胀法及小鼠去除双侧肾上腺素耳廓肿胀法、小鼠扭体法和热板法研究其抗炎镇痛作用。结果红毛七的乙醇和氯仿提取物对蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀有明显抑制作用;红毛七的乙醇、正丁醇提取物对二甲苯引起的耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用;但对去除双侧肾上腺素的小鼠耳廓肿胀无明显作用;红毛七的乙醇、氯仿和正丁醇提取物能减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数,延长小鼠热痛阈值。乙醇提取物的作用强于其他有机提取物。结论红毛七乙醇提取物有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of extracts of Ethanol, Chloroform, and n-butanol from Hongmaoqi in order to understand the effective components of Hongmaoqi in producing analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Methods The ethanol, chloroform and n-butanol extracts of Rhizoma Polygonatis were used. The rat paw edema method, mouse ear swelling method and mouse bilateral adrenal gland ear swelling method, mouse writhing method and hot plate were used. The study of its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Results Ethanol and chloroform extracts of Hongmaoqi significantly inhibited the swelling of the rat’s toes caused by egg white; the ethanol and n-butanol extracts of Hongmaoqi significantly inhibited the auricle swelling caused by xylene; however, There was no significant effect on swelling of the ear of mice with bilateral adrenergic ablation. Ethanol, chloroform, and n-butanol extracts of Hongmaoqi reduced the number of writhing of mice induced by acetic acid and prolonged the thermal pain threshold of mice. Ethanol extracts have stronger effects than other organic extracts. Conclusion The extract of Rhizoma ethanol extract has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
