以香菇栽培种Le1和野生种0426为亲本,通过原生质单核体杂交选育出申香8号。它具有优质、高产、抗逆性强和栽培适应性广等特点,现已成为我国香菇主产区的主栽种之一。这证明原生质体单核化技术在香菇育种上是行之有效的。
The cultivated species Le1 and wild species 0426 were used as parents, and Shenxiang 8 was bred by the single-nucleus hybrid of protoplasts. It has the characteristics of high quality, high yield, strong resistance and wide adaptability to cultivation. Now it has become one of main planting varieties of mushroom producing areas in China. This proves protoplast mononuclear technology is effective in mushroom breeding.
