运用役龄回退因子对预防性维修后故障率的递推关系进行描述。以故障时间分布符合威布尔分布的航空装备为例,构建有限时间区间的总维修费用最小优化模型,应用遗传算法对模型进行了求解。通过算例验证了模型的正确性和优越性。探讨了在目标函数不变的情况下,预防性维修成本对预防性维修间隔数的影响。模型可为维修计划的制订提供决策支持。
The service life regression factor is used to describe the recurrence relationship of the failure rate after preventive maintenance. Taking the time distribution of aviation equipment conforming to Weibull distribution as an example, a minimum optimization model of total maintenance cost for a finite time interval is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. An example is given to verify the correctness and superiority of the model. The effect of preventive maintenance cost on the number of preventive maintenance intervals is discussed with the objective function unchanged. The model can provide decision support for the development of maintenance plans.
