在Langendorff离体大鼠心脏模型,用含0.044g/LtritonX-100的改良K-H氏液经主动脉恒速逆灌大鼠心脏2min,造成去冠脉内皮功能的离体大鼠心脏实验模型。为证实该模型的可靠性,进行了有关试验的论证。结果显示:本方法可造成功能性无冠脉内皮而对血管平滑肌及心肌的生理功能无明显影响的离体大鼠心脏实验模型。本模型简便、稳定、可靠和实用。
In the Langendorff isolated rat heart model, a rat heart model was induced by a constant constant velocity of aorta with a modified K-H solution containing 0.044 g / L triton X-100 for 2 min, resulting in an isolated rat cardiac model of coronary endothelial function. In order to confirm the reliability of the model, the demonstration about the experiment was carried out. The results show that the present method can result in an isolated rat heart model with no functional coronary endothelium and no significant effect on vascular smooth muscle and myocardial physiological function. The model is simple, stable, reliable and practical.
