农民工是弱势群体,现实中农民工的权益时常受到不同程度的侵害。《劳动合同法》实施以来依然有很多问题。农民工与用人单位形成劳动用工关系的前提,是双方必须签订劳动合同,但实践中,用人单位真正与农民工签订劳动合同的实例寥寥无几。这不仅意味着《劳动合同法》在执法过程中的失控,还有可能因为权利得不到实现而激化社会矛盾,增加社会的不稳定因素。正视并解决这一问题迫在眉睫。
Migrant workers are vulnerable groups, in reality, the rights and interests of migrant workers are often infringed to varying degrees.
