目的探讨椎管内外节细胞神经瘤诊断、治疗方法。方法分析病人的临床表现,影像学改变与治疗。结果手术后肿瘤未复发,无感觉与运动功能障碍。结论论手术是治疗椎管内外节细胞神经瘤的有效方法,手术要尽力分离肿瘤,保留脊神经根。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intracapsular and intracapsular neuroma. Methods Analysis of the patient’s clinical manifestations, imaging changes and treatment. Results The tumor did not relapse after operation and had no sensory and motor dysfunction. CONCLUSIONS: Surgery is an effective method for the treatment of intracapsular and intracapsular neuromas. Surgery should try its best to separate the tumor and retain the spinal nerve root.
