企业是国民经济发展中的重要组成部分,所以企业不仅要在市场竞争环境下提升自身实力,更肩负着企业内部的科学化党建使命,因此这就对企业基层党建工作提出了更高的要求。以下对提高企业基层党建工作科学化水平的对策进行了分析及总结。
Enterprises are an important part of the development of the national economy. Therefore, enterprises should not only enhance their own strength under the environment of market competition but also shoulder the mission of building a scientific party within the enterprise. Therefore, this puts forward higher requirements for the party building at the grassroots level.
