通过问卷调查,剖析新的社会背景下浙江竞技排球后备人才培养的影响因素,在借鉴国内各省市成功经验的基础上,提出浙江省排球后备人才培养的建议和具体改革措施。
Through questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Zhejiang competitive volleyball backup talents under the new social background, and puts forward suggestions and concrete reform measures of Zhejiang volleyball backup talents based on the successful experiences of all provinces and cities in China.
