繁殖赤眼蜂制卵卡需要用胶体物质。过去我省主要用桃胶,性能较好。但由于育蜂治虫迅速发展,桃胶供不应求。为解决这个问题,1976年我省各地找了一些代替桃胶的胶类.如骨胶、聚乙烯醇等。试用结果,无论在性能上以及繁蜂后对蜂生活力等均出现了程度不同的不良影响。为进一步验证及解决这一问题,我们对此作了一些初步试验,结果如下。
Trichogramma breeding eggs need to use colloidal material. In the past, mainly peach gum in our province, better performance. However, because of the rapid development of beekeeping pests, peach gum supply is in short supply. In order to solve this problem, in 1976, the province found some gums instead of peach gum, such as bone glue and polyvinyl alcohol. Trial results, both in performance and after bee on bee vitality and so have appeared to varying degrees of adverse effects. In order to further verify and solve this problem, we have made some preliminary tests on it and the results are as follows.
