建立了文题的测定装置,能检测0.5mN/m以上、液滴表面寿命大于0.05s的动态界面张力(σ_t)。从液滴形成的过程中,考虑运动摩擦力和环流摩擦力在液滴分离的力平衡中所起的作用,提出了恒速滴重法测定σ_t的计算式,并用实验数据关联了相对运动速度U_0的计算式。用纯物质的油-水系统的实验数据对公式加以验算,一般误差在0.5%以内。用上述两式计算SDS、CTAB、Tri-tonX-100等油-水系统的σ_t,并推算各表面活性剂的表面过剩量Г_∞与扩散系数D。结果表明,公式具有普适性。
The thesis established a measuring device capable of detecting the dynamic interfacial tension (σ_t) of 0.5 mN / m or more and the droplet surface life of more than 0.05 s. Considering the role played by friction and circulation friction in the force balance of droplet separation, a formula for the determination of σ_t by constant-rate drip-rate method was proposed. The experimental data was used to correlate the relative velocity U_0 of the formula. With pure substance oil - water system experimental data to check the formula, the general error of less than 0.5%. Calculate the σ_t of the oil-water system such as SDS, CTAB, Tri-tonX-100, and calculate the superficial excess Г_∞ and diffusion coefficient D of each surfactant by the above two formulas. The results show that the formula is universal.
