目的:研究分化抑制因子(Id1)在颊黏膜鳞癌中的表达及其与颊黏膜鳞癌临床病理特征、肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学EnvisionTM法检测70例颊黏膜鳞癌组织和10例正常颊黏膜组织Id1的表达,通过免疫组化EnvisionTM法检测CD34的表达对肿瘤组织微血管密度进行计数。应用SPSS16.0软件对实验数据进行统计分析。结果:Id1在颊黏膜鳞癌中表达阳性率为60.0%,显著高于正常颊黏膜组(P<0.01)。ID1表达与颊黏膜鳞癌病理分级、肿瘤浸润深度、及肿瘤淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别和年龄无显著性相关(P>0.05)。Id1在颊黏膜鳞癌中的表达与CD34标记的肿瘤微血管密度密切相关。结论:Id1的表达与颊黏膜鳞癌临床病理特征密切相关,Id1可能通过促进颊黏膜鳞癌的血管生成而与肿瘤的浸润和转移密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Id1 in buccal mucosal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and tumor angiogenesis in buccal mucosa. Methods: The expressions of Id1 in 70 cases of buccal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal buccal mucosa were detected by EnvisionTM immunohistochemistry. The expression of CD34 was detected by EnvisionTM immunohistochemistry to count the microvessel density of tumor tissue. SPSS16.0 software was used to analyze the experimental data. Results: The positive expression rate of Id1 in buccal squamous cell carcinoma was 60.0%, which was significantly higher than that in normal buccal mucosa (P <0.01). There was a significant correlation between ID1 expression and pathological grade, depth of tumor invasion and tumor lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with sex and age of the patients (P> 0.05). The expression of Id1 in squamous cell carcinoma of the buccal mucosa is closely related to the density of CD34-labeled microvessel. Conclusion: The expression of Id1 is closely related to the clinicopathological features of buccal squamous cell carcinoma. Id1 may be closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis by promoting the angiogenesis of buccal squamous cell carcinoma.
