目的比较排龈线与排龈膏两种排龈技术在老年人固定修复中的临床效果。方法将我院口腔科需进行固定修复的老年人患者86例共134颗患牙随机分成2组,排龈线组43例63颗患牙和排龈膏组43例71颗患牙,于取模前分别应用排龈线和排龈膏两种排龈技术排龈,比较2组患者舒适度,排龈止血效果和模型边缘清晰度等。结果两组排龈法均能获得较好的排龈效果,模型清晰,差别无统计学意义,但患者舒适度差别有统计学意义,排龈膏组患者舒适度明显高于排龈线组。结论两组排龈技术均能取得较好的临床效果,但是排龈膏技术患者舒适度较高,疼痛感较小,椅旁操作时间较短,更适合老年患者。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two techniques of gingival retraction and gingival retraction in the elderly. Conclusion The two groups of gingival retraction techniques can achieve better clinical results, but the gingival parenteral techniques patients with higher comfort, less pain, chairs next to the operation time is shorter, more suitable for elderly patients.
