目的:观察地榆升白片配合甲巯咪唑治疗甲亢所致的白细胞减少症的疗效。方法:选择初发Graves病伴白细胞减少患者108例,随机分为3组,在甲巯咪唑基础上分别加用地榆升白片(A组)、鲨肝醇(B组)、安慰剂(C组),治疗10周,定期检查游离T3(FT3)、游离T4(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAB)、血白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)、肝功能。结果:治疗后2周,A组、B组的WBC、N较治疗前均有显著升高,且A组升高程度明显优于B组,C组的WBC和N在治疗后6周开始显著升高,治疗后10周,A、B组WBC和N均较6周时继续显著上升,C组则无继续显著上升。治疗前后3组间FT3、FT4、TSH均无显著差别。TRAB水平仅有A组治疗后较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:甲巯咪唑加用地榆升白片能显著缩短升高白细胞的时间和很好地维持白细胞水平,效果优于加用鲨肝醇和单用抗甲状腺药物治疗,且TRAB水平有所减低,提示可能对甲亢治疗有正面作用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Diyu Shengai Tablets combined with methimazole in the treatment of leukopenia caused by hyperthyroidism. Methods: A total of 108 patients with Graves’ disease and leukopenia were randomly divided into three groups. Patients were divided into three groups: A group (control group), shark liver alcohol group (B group), placebo group (FT4), free T4 (FT4), thyrotropin (TSH), thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAB), white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil ),liver function. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the WBC and N in group A and group B were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the increase in group A was better than group B. The WBC and N in group C began to be significant at 6 weeks after treatment 10 weeks after treatment, the WBC and N in group A and group B continued to increase significantly compared with that in group 6, but not in group C. Before and after treatment FT3, FT4, TSH no significant difference between the three groups. Only the level of TRAB in group A was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Methimazole combined with Ulmus officinalis can significantly shorten the time for leukopenia and maintain leukocyte well, which is better than that with shark liver alcohol and anti-thyroid drugs alone, and the TRAB level is reduced, suggesting May have a positive effect on the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
