以含水量 90 %的 O/W乳化剂 OP/正丁醇 /正庚烷 /水非离子型微乳液为介质 ,以 5-Br- PADAP为显色剂 ,进行了 Pb( )的吸光光度测定。其最大吸收波长λmax为 540 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达 1 .0 7× 1 0 5,与相应的胶束体系比较 ,测定灵敏度提高了近 1倍 ,Pb( )在 0~ 1 5μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。用于废水中微量铅的测定 ,结果满意
The absorbance of Pb () was measured with O-W emulsifier OP / n-butanol / n-heptane / water nonionic microemulsion with 90% water content as the medium and 5-Br- . The maximum absorption wavelength λmax was 540 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.07 × 10 5. Compared with the corresponding micellar system, the sensitivity of detection increased nearly 1-fold and the Pb (superscript 2+) was in the range of 0-1 5 μg / 2 5ml range in line with the Beer’s law. For the determination of trace lead in wastewater, the results are satisfactory
