车站小学是一个非常“小”的学校,“小”是指学校规模小、班额小,但麻雀虽小,五脏俱全,车站小学是完全的、完整的、完善的一所学校。在教学质量、教学管理、教育责任上,教师们肩负着和其他学校教师一样的重任。车站小学外来务工人员子女占90%以上,生源条件极其复杂。如何在这样的情况下保证质量?经过多年的实践摸索与思考,我们认为,只有进一步实施教学的精致管理,提升师生的教育品质,才能促使车站小学稳步发展。精致化管理,不是简单地照搬他人的管理方式或管理细则,而是在学校原有传统、习俗基础上逐步改善和完善的过程。
