Describes a new method of layer separation based on a self-healing cement system using newly developed sealants to prevent weak connections between the cement ring layers. The newly developed sealant with active properties in oil-water media can make the cement stone self-healing. When the sealing property of the cement ring deteriorates or leaks, the sealant rapidly forms a complete barrier through expansion to achieve the effect of sealing to prevent the sealing of the cement ring from failing. The self-healing characteristics of self-healing cement in crude oil and gas environment were tested. The successful application of the well at Cortemaggiore155dir shows that this sealant works well and has the prospect of large-scale application.
