目的:探讨闭合复位、经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:我院自2002年3月～2008年5月采用C型臂X线机透视下手法整复、闭合交叉穿针治疗儿童肱骨颗上骨折20例,按照Jupiter等肘关节评分系统评估肘关节功能。结果:肘关节功能优17例、良2例、可1例。优良率95%。所有病例无Voklmann肌挛缩及骨化性肌炎发生。结论:采用闭合复位经皮克氏针固定疗法治疗儿童髁上骨折,明显减少了并发症的发生,肘关节功能恢复良好,方法简便易于开发。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for supracondylar humerus fractures in children. Methods: From March 2002 to May 2008, our hospital underwent C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy to repair 20 cases of fractures of the humerus fractures and closed the cross-puncture. The elbow joint was evaluated according to the Jupiter et al. Features. Results: Excellent elbow function in 17 cases, good in 2 cases, in 1 case. Excellent rate of 95%. No cases of Voklmann muscle contracture and ossifying myositis occurred. Conclusion: The closed reduction percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fractures in children, significantly reducing the incidence of complications, elbow function recovered well, the method is simple and easy to develop.
