In this paper, we established a mouse model of hypoxia (0.42atm, 22h / day) and observed the effect of EPO, ACTH, Corti-sol and Testosterone on erythropoiesis in hypoxic animals. 3-9 days hypoxia, red blood cells increased significantly. In hypoxia, reticulocyte generation and release are highly sensitive to EPO, and there is a certain dose-dependent relationship. The use of ACTH and hypoxia to stimulate the existence of synergistic effects, can lead to relatively increased early hypoxemic hematocrit. No use of Cortisol or Testosterone showed no significant synergistic effect, nor showed significant limitations.
