采用ISAT方法测定水泥乳化沥青砂浆(简称CA砂浆)的毛细吸水速率,研究固灰比(A/C)、孔隙率、试件干密度及拌合物含气量对CA砂浆毛细吸水性的影响。试验结果表明,CA砂浆的总孔隙率影响其强度,而CA砂浆的毛细孔特性才是其毛细吸水性的决定因素;增加固灰比、提高新拌砂浆的含气量、减小砂浆干密度及降低砂浆的毛细孔隙率均可降低CA砂浆的毛细吸水速率;阳离子乳化沥青砂浆的强度及毛细吸水速率均高于阴离子乳化沥青砂浆。
The capillary water absorption rate of cement emulsion asphalt mortar (CA mortar) was measured by ISAT method. The effects of solid / cement ratio (A / C), porosity, dry density and the gas content of the mixture on the capillary water absorption of CA mortar were studied. The results showed that the total porosity of CA mortar affected its strength, whereas the capillary porosity of CA mortar was the decisive factor of capillary water absorption. Increasing the solid-to-gray ratio, increasing the gas content of fresh mortar, reducing the dry density of mortar and Decreasing the capillary porosity of mortar can reduce the capillary water absorption rate of CA mortar; cationic emulsion asphalt mortar strength and capillary water absorption rate were higher than the anionic emulsified asphalt mortar.
