采用热水提取-乙醇沉淀法从苘麻子中提取多糖,Sevag法除蛋白,苘麻子多糖经大孔树脂分离、透析得两种多糖,即QMZP-1和QMZP-2,采用分光光度法(λ=486nm)测定两种多糖含量,分别为1.8%和0.75%,求得校准曲线的回归方程为y=0.00435x+0.561,相关系数为r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.71%(n=5)。
Polysaccharides were extracted from Tamarindus indicus by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method. Sevag method was used to remove proteins. The polysaccharides of Tamarindus macrophyllus were separated by macroporous resin and dialyzed to obtain two kinds of polysaccharides, QMZP-1 and QMZP-2. = 486nm), the regression equation of the calibration curve was y = 0.00435x + 0.561, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 100.1%, RSD was 0.71% (n = 5).
