在大量调研的基础上 ,广泛吸收国内外建设电话网网管系统的实践经验 ,针对军用本地电话网目前面临的问题和现状 ,提出了建设军用本地电话网管理系统的解决方案。
On the basis of a large number of investigations and studies, we have extensively absorbed the practical experience of building a telephone network management system at home and abroad. In view of the problems and current status of the military local telephone network, we put forward a solution to building a military local telephone network management system.
