本文探讨的,主要在于使潜力生持久保持良好的学习状态。其主要途径在于利用小组合作方式不断激励,使其不断进步。一方面,借分组让潜力生学会珍惜同学的接纳和相互信任。二方面,让潜力生体会到同学的帮助,共享荣辱。三方面,让潜力生学会在竞争获得快乐。四方面,阶段评价,让潜力生感受到坚持就是胜利。周评、月评、期评让潜力生不敢懈怠,继而长期保持良好的学习状态,久而久之习惯成自然,最终让他们认识到我能行。
This article explores, mainly lies in the potential students to maintain a long-term good learning state.
