目的:探究将护士进行分层级管理对于提高护理管理质量有什么作用。方法:从本市的5所医院中随机选取120名护士作为研究对象,对这些护士实行层级护理管理,分为5个层级,处于不同层级的护士负责不同的护理工作,各自完成自己的护理任务,组成责任制小组进行护理工作。分别评价实施分层管理模式前和实施分层管理模式后的护理质量、患者对护理人员的满意度、护士工作能力和对病人病情的掌握程度,将实施前后进行对比,分析结果。结果:实施分层级管理模式后,护理人员的整体工作能力和护理效果都有很大程度的提高,对患者病情的掌握情况也较之前提高不少,患者对于护理人员的满意度也明显提高,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对护理人员进行分层级管理,不仅可以提高护理人员的工作能力和护理效果,还能使护理人员更好的掌握患者的病情,为患者提供更优质的护理服务,有利于增加患者对护理人员的满意度,有利于医患关系的和谐发展。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of nurses in the management at different levels in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods: A total of 120 nurses were randomly selected from five hospitals in the municipality. The nursing staff were divided into five levels. Conclusion: The nursing staff at different levels can not only improve the working ability and nursing effect of nursing staff, but also enable the nursing staff to better grasp the patient’s condition, provide better nursing services to the patients and increase the patients’ Nursing staff satisfaction is conducive to the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
