与单纯的施工进度计划管理不同,由于EPC总承包范围的扩大,EPC计划不仅仅单纯的反映图纸、设备交货时间和施工进度计划,在设备方面更进一步的深入到设备制造、集港、海运、清关及内陆运输等各个环节,在设计方面,已经深入到初设审查、施工图审查等各个环节,E、P环节与C环节高度结合,本文从结合自身工作经验阐述电力建设EPC项目计划管理的规划措施和方案。
