新一轮的教学改革在新课程标准的颁布和实验的正式启动下已经获取了明确的战略目标。与此同时,教师也因此明确如何走好自己的教学之路。作为高中教师,为了顺应时代的召唤,作为知识传授者的教师也要不断完善自己,在了解新课程标准与现代教育理念的同时还要将自身发展成为一个学者型、研究型甚至是专家型的教育者。所以,高中教师要将理论与实践有效结合起来从而与时代的脚步相一致,数学教师更是要不断完善自身专业知识与综合素质,做好学生的引导者、组织者以及合作者。
The new round of teaching reform has acquired a clear strategic goal under the formal launch of the new curriculum standards and experiments. At the same time, teachers also clear how to take their own teaching. As a high school teacher, in order to conform to the call of the times, teachers who are knowledge transferors should also constantly improve themselves. While understanding the new curriculum standards and modern educational concepts, they should also develop themselves into a scholarly, researching and even expert educator. Therefore, high school teachers should combine theory with practice so as to be consistent with the pace of the times. Mathematics teachers should constantly improve their professional knowledge and overall quality, and do a good job as a guide, organizer and collaborator for students.
