并不是所有课本要讲的知识,学生都一无所知.面对所要讲解的知识,教师是按照既定的计划按部就班地讲解还是依据学生的已有认知适时调整?答案显而易见.笔者结合自身的实践,浅述如何关注学生真实的需求.
