The book “Research on the Reform and Development of Chinese State-owned Enterprises” edited by Chen Jigui, vice-president of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was published by Economic Management Press in January 2000. The book is an internal research report by the research team of “Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises” of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on the drafting group for “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises”
