本文采用扫描电镜、显微硬度计和压汞仪等对灰砂硅酸盐混凝土的内部结构及界面性能进行了研究,提出其结构层次可划分为:硅酸盐石、硅酸盐细砂浆、硅酸盐混凝土三级.用缓慢弯曲同时以声发射技术检测的试验方法,测试了灰砂硅酸盐混凝土的断裂参数并探讨了它的断裂机制.提出了脆性率B_r和临界弹性应变能释放率(弹性断裂能)两参数,再加上G_1c综合评价灰砂硅酸盐混凝土的断裂行为,并研究了含砂率、砂粒径、水/固对其断裂行为的影响.
In this paper, the internal structure and interface properties of lime-sand-silicate concrete were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), microhardness tester, and mercury porosimeter. The structural layers of the sand-lime-silicate concrete can be divided into: silicate stone, silicate fine mortar, Silicate concrete third-grade. Test parameters of slow-bending and acoustic emission technology were used to test the fracture parameters of lime-sand-silicate concrete and its fracture mechanism was discussed. The brittleness rate B_r and the critical elastic strain energy were proposed. The rate (elastic fracture energy) of two parameters, coupled with G_1c comprehensive evaluation of the fracture behavior of lime-sand silicate concrete, and studied the sand content, sand particle size, water / solid fracture behavior of its impact.
