目的 探讨CT定量对煤工尘肺的诊断价值。方法 对 87例不同期别的煤工尘肺患者和正常对照组 (17例 )分别在主动脉弓顶、隆突、气管分叉下 3cm平面进行HRCT扫描 ,对其图像用CT密度直方图的特定区域 - 10 2 4~ 0HU进行测试 ,计算出具有不同CT值的象素所占的百分数 ,并统计其特定范围内密度值的比率。结果 正常对照组CT密度值在 - 983~ - 778HU范围内为 87.31%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期煤工尘肺CT密度值在此范围内分别为 80 .5 1%、75 .2 7%、72 .99%。各组间差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CT定量直方图信息可观测到煤工尘肺纤维化及其程度 ,结果客观、可靠 ,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT quantitative diagnosis of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis. Methods Eighty-seven patients with CWP and 17 normal controls were examined by HRCT in the aortic arch, protuberance and tracheal bifurcation. 10 2 4 ~ 0HU test to calculate the percentage of pixels with different CT values, and statistics of the ratio of density values within a specific range. Results The CT density of normal control group was 87.31% within the range of-983 ~ - 778HU, and the CT density values of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 80.51%, 75.27%, 72 .99%. The differences among the groups were significant (P <0.01). Conclusion CT quantitative histogram information can be observed coal worker pneumoconiosis fibrosis and its extent, the results objective, reliable, with high diagnostic value.
