就7种助磨剂对湖北某磁铁矿助磨效果进行了研究。结果表明,在磨矿浓度为70%、磨矿时间为2 min情况下,添加适量的助磨剂对磁铁矿的磨矿均有较显著的助磨作用。其中石灰、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠能较大幅度地提高球磨排矿产品中0.075~0.045 mm粒级的含量;而氢氧化钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠能较大幅提高球磨产品中-0.045 mm粒级的含量。过量助磨剂不但没有助磨作用,反而不利于磨矿。
On the 7 kinds of grinding aids on a magnetite grinding effect in Hubei Province were studied. The results show that adding grinding aids at a grinding concentration of 70% and a milling time of 2 min can significantly promote the grinding of magnetite. Lime, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate can greatly increase the grain size of 0.075-0.045 mm in ball mill products, while sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate and sodium carbonate can greatly increase Increases particle content of -0.045 mm in ball mill products.
