我区多年来对肺结核的诊断一直是依靠X线检查,1980年开始,应用痰结核菌涂片镜榆和X线胸片,对登记的493名活动性结核病人做了一次全面复查。经省、市、区三级防痨医生阅片会诊,确定347名(Ⅰ组148名,Ⅱ组199名)有活动性,并需继续合并应用2～3种一线抗痨药(H.P.T.S)一年。这些病人过去已使用过一线抗痨药2年以上(不包括RFP和EMB)。经一年治疗后,1981年11月对上述347名病人进行复查。其中52例X线胸片与1980年比较无变化,痰菌前
