纸质档案的数字化是指将传统的纸质原始档案资料,经由过程扫描或数码拍摄、压缩、转换等过程转化成图片文件、声音文件和视频文件。再应用分级存储办理技术将图片、文字等文件各索引字段存储于大容量的服务器上,并经由过程计算机程序控制的查询功能迅速检索出必要的档案资料。基于此,介绍了目前纸质档案电子化软件所使用的数据库文件,数据安全控制的方法,以及存在的一些问题。
The digitization of paper archives refers to converting the traditional paper-based original archival materials into image files, sound files and video files through process scanning or digital photographing, compression and conversion. The application of hierarchical storage management technology will also store the index fields of pictures, texts and other documents on the large-capacity server and quickly retrieve the necessary archives through the query function controlled by the computer program. Based on this, the present paper introduces the database files used by the paper-based electronic software, the method of data security control, and some existing problems.
