今年李克强总理访问非洲恰逢周恩来总理首访非洲50周年,同时此次访问也是旨在具体落实习近平主席去年访问非洲成果,是中非关系的传承之旅,体现了中非真诚互信、平等互利、相互尊重、共同发展的传统友好关系。在访问中李克强总理提出“三个一极”、“三大网络”、“461”合作框架等新理念、新举措,丰富与发展了中国对非政策。
This year, Premier Li Keqiang’s visit to Africa coincides with the 50th anniversary of Premier Zhou Enlai’s first visit to Africa. At the same time, this visit is also aimed at concrete implementation of the achievements of Chairman Xi Jinping’s visit to Africa last year. It is a journey of inheritance between China and Africa and embodies the sincere mutual trust, equality and mutual benefit, Mutual respect and common development of the traditional friendly relations. During his visit, Premier Li Keqiang put forward new ideas and new measures such as “three greatnesses”, “three major networks” and “461” cooperation framework, enriching and developing China’s non-governmental policies.
