目的:分析铁矿职工健康体检结果。方法:以2014年大冶铁矿3022名体检职工为研究样本,做内科、外科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、口腔科等常规检查,观察同期矿区退休职工与在职职工的疾病谱对比差异。结果:在职职工与退休职工,在体重指数、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、血尿酸、腰围、尿蛋白、癌胚抗原方面对比,均存在显著统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论:与在职职工相比,退休铁矿职工高血压、糖尿病等慢性病发生几率高,影响铁矿职工健康的危险因素,主要包括饮食、工作环境以及年龄等,应加强对铁矿职工的健康教育,从饮食等角度,对其生活与工作情况加以控制,提高职工健康水平。
Objective: To analyze the results of health examination of iron mine workers. Methods: According to the routine examinations of 3022 employees in Daye Iron Mine in 2014, we conducted routine examinations such as internal medicine, surgery, otolaryngology, ophthalmology and stomatology, and observed the difference in disease spectrum between retired workers and working staff in the same mining area. Results: There was a significant statistical difference (p <0.05) between working staff and retired workers in body mass index, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, serum uric acid, waist circumference, urine protein and carcinoembryonic antigen. Conclusion: Compared with the employees, the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes in retired iron mine workers is high, and the risk factors affecting the health of iron workers, including diet, work environment and age, should be strengthened. Health education for iron mine workers should be strengthened From the point of view of diet and other aspects, it will control their living and working conditions and improve their health.
