目前,在中小学教师队伍里35岁以下的青年教师已占教师总数的50%左右。随着老年教师的陆续退休,教育的重担将历史性地落在青年教师身上。然而,由于种种原因,当前青年教师这个群体中却在一定程度上存在着这样或那样的问题。为此,很多人感到不安,有关教师队伍青黄不接、“断层”严重的叹息和呼声越来越多。因此,如何调动青年教师工作的积极性、激励青年教师的成长已成了教育工作中一项十分重要而又十分紧迫的任务。
At present, young teachers under the age of 35 in primary and secondary school teachers account for about 50% of the total number of teachers. As older teachers retire one after another, the burden of education will historically fall on young teachers. However, due to various reasons, some problems exist in this group of current young teachers to a certain extent. To this end, many people feel uneasy, the teacher team is yellow, “fault ” serious sighs and voices more and more.
