现如今,风险管理已经作为管理学科当中一项非常重要的内容,不断深入到各行各业当中。与其他运输方式相比较而言,管道运输失效概率更小,所以压力管道越来越引起了人们的重视。但就我国目前的形式而言,压力管道使用过程中存在一定的风险,这就需要将风险管理充分引入到压力管道研究工作当中以更好地提升管道管理水平,有效减少压力管道安全事故的发生。鉴于此,本文先对压力管道进行了简要的概述,然后进一步分析了压力管道风险识别,风险分析和预估,风险决策以及风险控制策略。 Nowadays, risk management has become a very important part of the management discipline and has been continuously deepening into all walks of life. Compared with other modes of transportation, the probability of pipeline transportation failure is smaller, so the pressure pipeline has drawn more and more attention. However, as far as the current form of our country is concerned, there are certain risks in the use of pressure pipelines. Therefore, it is necessary to fully introduce risk management into the research on pressure pipelines so as to better enhance the management level of pipelines and effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure pipe accidents . In view of this, this article first gives a brief overview of pressure pipelines, then further analyzes the pressure pipe risk identification, risk analysis and forecasting, risk decision-making and risk control strategy.
