无人机系统具有机动灵活、快速响应的优点,很适合自然灾害灾情监测和评估工作。首先介绍了无人机遥感系统的组成,以及在云南盈江地震灾害中的应急过程和数据处理流程。然后,利用获取的无人机遥感影像,对比灾前的高分辨率卫星影像,对盈江县城的房屋损毁、救灾帐篷和道路损毁及交通拥堵情况进行了监测评估,取得了较好效果。但无人机遥感系统还需要在数据处理效率、三维信息获取方面做进一步改善。
Unmanned aerial vehicle system has the advantages of maneuverability and quick response, which is very suitable for natural disaster disaster monitoring and assessment. Firstly, the composition of the UAV remote sensing system and the emergency process and data processing flow in the Yingjiang earthquake disaster in Yunnan Province are introduced. Then, using the acquired remote sensing images of drone, compared with pre-disaster high-resolution satellite images, monitoring and assessing the house damage, relief tents, road damage and traffic congestion in Yingjiang County have achieved good results. However, the UAV remote sensing system still needs further improvement in data processing efficiency and three-dimensional information acquisition.
