本文报道用丹那唑(danazol)治疗热抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血15例。其中原发性7例,伴有非恶性疾病者5例(包括系统性红斑狼疮3例,结节病1例,胆汁性肝硬化1例)。存在潜在性肿瘤3例。患者都经临床、骨髓细胞学及实验室检查确诊。用法:丹那唑200mg 每日3～4次,常与其它已在使用的治疗药物联合应用,持续用药至少2个月,血液学检查明显缓解后,减量或停用其它药物,单用丹那唑或/ This article reports the use of danazol in the treatment of 15 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Among them, 7 cases were primary and 5 cases were non-malignant (including 3 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus, 1 case of sarcoidosis and 1 case of biliary cirrhosis). There are 3 potential tumors. Patients were clinically, bone marrow cytology and laboratory tests confirmed.
