每个学生都希望老师能够欣赏自己,有了老师的欣赏也就有了学习的动力。有这样一个例子:我的一个学生叫李晓明,在五年级上学期开始的时候,他的座位比较靠后,他说自己的视力不是很好,要求坐前几排。因为他给我的印象不是很好,因此我没有在意这件事,也没有马上满足他的要求。过了几天,我布置了一篇作文,这个学生不仅出色的完成了,还声情并茂的给同学们念了出来。之后,我找他谈话,问他为什么这次作文写得那么好。他说因
Every student wants the teacher to appreciate himself. With the appreciation of the teacher, he also has the motivation to learn.
