通过理论研究和试验应用,提出了泵输系统低频率超流量外输节能技术的新理论。研究表明:对有较大富裕扬程的变频泵输系统,在低频(低于工频)条件下,由于电机可以节余较大富裕功率,故即使泵的流量大幅超过额定流量值外输,电机的电流和功率也不会超过额定值,并能使电机和泵更平稳、高效运行。在变频调节过程中,将泵流量、电机电流、电机功率、电机运行温度、是否更节能等因素作为综合参照依据,且将单位输油的耗能量作为判断泵输系统是否节能的唯一评价指标。该技术在雅克拉集气处理站实际应用后,在35Hz低频条件下,单泵的实际输量最高升至额定排量的两倍,吨输油节电率高达73.7%,成效显著。
Through theoretical research and experimental application, a new theory of energy saving in low frequency and over flow discharge of pump system is proposed. The research shows that for a variable frequency pumping system with a large and prosperous head, the motor can save a lot of rich power at low frequency (below the power frequency). Therefore, even if the pump flow greatly exceeds the rated flow value and the output of the motor Current and power will not exceed the rated value, and make the motor and pump more stable and efficient operation. In the process of frequency conversion adjustment, taking the factors of pump flow rate, motor current, motor power, motor operating temperature and whether it is more energy-saving as the comprehensive reference, and using the unit energy consumption as the only evaluation index to determine whether the pump system is energy-saving. The practical application of this technology in Jacco gas gathering station, under the conditions of 35Hz low frequency, the actual maximum single pump rose to twice the rated displacement, tons of oil-saving rate as high as 73.7%, with remarkable results.
