本文根据对喀什地区A县的已婚育龄男女的调查,分析了维吾尔族人口已婚男性与已婚育龄妇女的避孕意识与现状,探讨他们的避孕意识。第一,两性的“避孕是女人的事”意识仍然很强;第二,两性对避孕的认识不足,男性对女性健康的关心不够,女性的自我保健意识薄弱;第三,“避孕是夫妇俩的事”的新观念开始增强。结论:维吾尔族已婚男女之间正加强“避孕是夫妇两人的事”的观念,使能减少人工流产的概率,改善育龄妇女生殖健康状况;扩大生殖健康宣传教育的对象范围、增强内容,不仅提高了维吾尔族已婚育龄妇女的自我保健意识,而且提高男性参与计划生育的积极性、提高他们对女性健康的关心度。
Based on a survey of married fertile men and women in county A of Kashgar region, this paper analyzes contraceptive awareness and current status of married men and married women of childbearing age in Uighur and probes into their awareness of contraception. First, the gender awareness of “contraception is a woman’s issue” is still very strong. Secondly, there is not enough understanding of contraceptives between men and women, men are not concerned with women’s health enough and women’s awareness of self-care is weak. Third, The couple are things “new concept began to increase. Conclusion: The concept of ”contraception being a couple" is being strengthened between married men and women in Uyghur so as to reduce the probability of induced abortion and improve the reproductive health status of women of childbearing age. The scope of publicity and education on reproductive health should be expanded and strengthened Content not only enhances the self-care awareness of Uighur married women of childbearing age, but also increases their enthusiasm for participation in family planning and their concern for women’s health.
