作者阐明了润滑材料和摩擦化学两个方面近年来在我国润滑学科中的应用研究和基础研究的发展概况。润滑材料的研究十分活跃,很多研究成果分别解决了我国宇航、机械、运输和机械加工中的许多润滑难题,经济效益十分显著。近几年来,国内摩擦化学的研究主要在摩擦作用下润滑剂与摩擦表面之间的相互作用、润滑材料的结构与性能的关系、界面与胶体作用的研究,环境气氛对摩擦与润滑表面的影响,以及新的研究方法的利用和发展等五个方面取得了重大进展。对于我国今后应如何开展润滑材料的研究,作者也阐述了一些设想。
The author clarifies the development of applied research and basic research of lubrication materials and tribochemistry in recent years in our country. The research on lubrication materials is very active. Many research results have solved many lubrication problems in China’s aerospace, mechanical, transportation and mechanical processing, respectively. The economic benefits are very significant. In recent years, the domestic research on tribochemistry mainly focuses on the interaction between lubricants and friction surfaces under friction, the relationship between the structure and properties of lubricants, the effects of interfaces and colloids, the influence of environment on the friction and lubrication surfaces , As well as the utilization and development of new research methods have made significant progress in five aspects. For our country in the future how to carry out the study of lubricating materials, the author also elaborated some ideas.
